Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

At MONÉ, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. We appreciate your patience while we craft and dispatch your order with the attention it deserves.

Shipping

• All orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location; however, we aim to deliver all orders within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
• While we strive to meet the above timelines, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, logistics disruptions or remote delivery locations.

Order Cancellation

• As all orders are processed promptly, we do not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed.
• We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• Size Exchange – If you require a different size for the same product.
• Defective or Damaged Product – If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our support team will assist you with the available options.
• Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

• We currently do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, preference or incorrect product selection.
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled for a verified defective product, subject to MONÉ's review and approval.
